My last week of school!!

I am a terrible blogger, I know! Remember when I used to post every single day? OH yes that was when I was a stay at home momma!!! School keeps me so busy and stressed out! I am so ready to be done for the summer and be able to have a clean organized house, blog, and spend all the time with my baby boy!! This is my last week of classes and then next week is finals week, I can see the light!!!!!!!!! Most of all I am ready for Vacation!! We are going Next Month to Isle of Plam in SC and I cannot wait! If anyone has any good tips on what all I need to pack for Brody to make it as easy as possible please let me know!!!

Brody had been having a little bit of blood in his diaper so I took him to the dr last Friday. He had to have an in and out cath and they found out he had a Urinary Tract Infection. I had never heard of a boy getting one and Dr. Hudson said it was very uncommon for a little boy to get one so he wanted to get an ultrasound done and a test. We go the week before we leave on vacation to Cinncinatti Children's to have the Ultrasound and Test done please pray that nothing is wrong and it was just a werid accident that he got one and that everything is perfectly normal!!!

Cousins, Papaw, Clapping Hands & 15 Month Check-Up

Brody absolutely adores his cousins Zach & Landon and we were so excitied when we found out they were coming to visit for the weekend! They came straight over to our house once my parents picked them up and Brody just loves them!! Brody follows them around and they are so good with him, they play with him, chase after him, share with him and teach him things. They are two of the sweetest, most caring little boys you could ever meet they pretty much have their Aunt Lea's heart :)

On Friday evening Timmy was golfing so my cousin Kelley brought her little girl Daisy over so she and Brody could play. Daisy is about 2 1/2 months younger than Brody. They play pretty good together, except when Brody pulls her hair. They also are both so sweet and loving and they love to give each other hugs and kisses.

Also Friday was a big day for us.. Brody learned to CLAP HIS HANDS!!! I know alot of children learn to do this rather early and I always wondered why Brody didn't but he finally did for the first time on Friday!!!

Saturday we spent the morning playing outside in our Pj's with Zach, Landon, Reis & Daisy. Brody also found a dirt hole to play in. Brody played so hard he took a 2 1/2 hour nap that atfernoon.

Saturday was a big day too.. Brody learned to say PAPAW!!!!!

Today we went to church, lunch at my Grandma June's, played outside, and went to Brody's 15 month check up!

Brody got a good report from Dr. Hudson!!! I am so thankful for my healthy baby boy! He got 2 shots and he only cried for a few minutes, he is my tough boy!

Brody is obsessed with my Dad's Rangers. He wants to constanly be riding on them, between all of us he probablyl gets about 10 rides a day. He knows how to say "Ride" and has been saying it for a little while now. He will point and say Ride until someone takes him. He also loves his Sand & Water table!!!

Brody's Last Swim Class

Brody had his last swim class for this session last night and I had to take a few pictures since I hadn't yet. The class was for 6 weeks and he really loved it and it really helped getting him more comfortable and used to the water! We are taking a break for the summer and we may start back in the fall/winter.

Baa-Baa

Baa-Baa!!!!
This is Brody's new Favorite word. He says it for Cows and for Goats. My Uncle has a farm store next to our house and barns and he has a barn with cows and goats. Brody knows exactly where they are and anytime he is outside he starts towards the Big Red Barn with the Cows and Goats. He will point and say Baa-Baa the whole time. We have to take a walk or a ride on the ranger everyday to the Goats and Cows. It is fun and special, he loves it so much.

Beautiful Weekend!

What a beautiful weekend we had here in Ky!! Looks like it is going to continue with more beautiful weather throughout the week and I love it! I don't know about anyone else but warm sunny days just put me in a good mood!!

We had a fun weekend! Some of Timmy's family came over on Saturday and the guys went golfing and then we cooked out and on Sunday we went to Church, Toro Loco, and then spent the day outside!

I had a test this morning and then went back and got out early and was home by 2:00 so Me and Brody went outside, he loves being outdoors and I can hardly keep him inside. We spend all days outside and then as soon as I get home I take him out and we basically stay out until his bedtime. He throws a fit when I bring him inside the house!! This weekend my parents came home from Lowe's with a truckload of fun for Brody and my nephews Zach and Landon. They got them a sandbox, a sand & water table, a picnic table and 4 little chairs! Brody played with the sand and water table this evening and loved it! Can't wait for Zach and Landon to be here to play with him too!!!

This evening we went to Brittany's and Mialyn was sleeping so when she woke up we went to the Dairy Bar for supper since Timmy is playing in a softball league tonight and Erik is working late so we took Brody & Mialyn on their 1st date to the Dairy Bar!

Well I'm going to take Brody back outside for a little bit.... Have a great week!!!

Oh and yes Brody is wearing a turtleneck but it was a little chilly here on Friday!!
