One week until Christmas!!!! This year has really flown by and it has been a great one!!!
--I got Married to my hubby on January 19th
--Found out I was pregnant in May
--Moved back closer to my family
This year brought many great moments and some not so great, but overall it was a great year for me! I can't believe t is Christmas time and almost 2009!!

Snow .... Snow... Snow...

I woke up this morning to my hubby saying, "Lea, look outside." I did and I was excited! I was just tell my hubby yesterday that it didn't quite feel like Christmas time/ winter time but when I woke up this morning it sure did. We had snow, I love a good snow once a year and then I'm done. I would love if it would snow on Christmas but this is close enough. Since it was snowy and icy I didn't get out of my bed and it was so nice to stay in big warm bed ( my favorite place on earth) with my hubby and sleep in! I did manage to take my big pregnant self outside with my little brother and build a snowman. The snow wasn't the best for snowman building so it didn't work out to well. Here is our finished product....it's the best we could do..haha

I have been feeling pretty good this week....just the normal swollen feet/ankles hands, acid reflux, heartburn, back aches.. I have a doctors appointment on Monday and I will be 34 weeks and 1 day.. I can't wait to hit the 36 week mark so then if my little man decides he wants to come early, then come on!!!

I can't believe Christmas is only 9 days away!!!

One of my Best friends Laura came over tonight and we talked baby stuff of course, and I had her help me put together Brody's high chair and pack n play. I have had them sitting in the boxes in our dining room for awhile now wanting to put them together and I kept making myself wait, but I couldn't tonight. Let me tell ya... that stuff is harder to put together than you would think. But thanks Lar for helping me:) Here is a picture of the pack n play.. I had originally wanted the stroller system that matched this, I loved it but it was so big and bulky so that is why i want with the Chicco travel system and it had a pack in play that matched it but I just didn't like it as well.. I love this!

Anyways... Happy Snow Day to those of you who had snow and ice!!!!!

Hard Christmas Candy

I have been wanting to make some Hard Christmas Candy for several weeks now but I never could find my candy thermometer or flavored oil. I know you can find it anywhere but anytime I think to look it never comes easy for me to find so I say I will get it next time. I did find some but it was coffee flavored and horehound flavored, not so Christmasy. So I think I may run to Wal-mart here in a little bit since the hubby is at work and I have nothing else to do so I can make my candy!!

I am 33 weeks pregnant today and really feeling it! I don't have a picture to post today, as they are getting few and far between. I am just ready.. maybe this little precious boy will come in about 3 or 4 weeks, that would be great!

14. Do you hang stockings? This is our first Christmas married, I can't find our stockings we used at my parent's house and I didn't buy new ones.. I will next year.. I want to get 3 monogrammed ones from Pottery Barn for Timmy, me and Brody:)
15. How many days do you celebrate Christmas? I celebrate all month really :) Celebrating Sunday before Christmas at my grandmas, Christmas with my family Christmas eve and early Christmas morning and with the hubby's family Christmas day evening... I think.. it may change

17. What was your favorite ornament on the tree as a child? I had a lot... I loved these little angels we had that had lights in them..

I just couldn't help myself, isn't he precious? I love him so much already and he isn't even here yet. He is going to be so spoiled and have a very obsessive mommy. I can't wait for him to get here, I am getting so incredibly anxious. I can't wait to see him for the first time, to hold him, to hug him, to kiss him, to love him, to nurture him, to comfort him, to protect him, I just can't wait!!

So I had a doctors appt this past Monday and an ultrasound. I am measuring 2 weeks earlier then they thought but they won't officially change my due date, just said they would keep a watch on me. He was already weighing in at a big 5 lbs and 4 ounces.... they said if I carry him to 40 weeks he would probably 10 lbs or more but we won't worry about that because my doctor said I could just carry him to 36 and he would only be around 7 lbs, so we will wait and see. I don't care how big he is as long as he is healthy, and at the ultrasound he looked perfect!!!!! I go back to the doctor the 22nd. I am getting extremely uncomfortable with all of this extra weight and I can't wait to get it off!!!!! I know I will want to to fall right off but it won't and I need to get that in my head... but with time it will and I will get back to normal. I also am just now getting bad bad acid reflux and indigestion, awful at night. I try not to eat late, a lot, and I do tums.. nothing helps. My back hurts, my legs cramp, I can hardly move around without something hurting.. but I can't complain too much...

I can't believe Christmas is only 13 days away, this year has flown by!!!! My Christmas shopping is done and almost all my presents are wrapped!! Hope everyone is in the Holiday Spirit, I know I am!

31 weeks!!!

So here are pictures of my from sunday at 31 weeks, look how much I have grown!! I can't wait for my ultrasound next Monday, to see if he is a big baby or if my due date my be changed.. plus I can't wait to get to see Brody again and have some more pictures!!!!! Pretty soon he will be here and I just can't wait!!
