Lats night we had a date night!! Timmy & I went out on a date to eat at Meleni's ( a really good Italian place) and to the movies to watch G.I Joe. I'm not a big fan of movies like that but Timmy loves them and it came out last night and he had been wanting to see it , so we went. We had a great time and it was much needed. My mom and dad watched Brody which of course they always willing. This was the first time I've really left Brody. I have left him a few times to run to the grocery store or while Timmy was in the hospital but this was our first DATE in 7 months. We had a LeMaster ( my dads side) family reunion today so we went for a little bit. It was fun and always good to see some family members we don't get to see often and this was Brody's first time ( he was in my belly last year) so a lot of people got to see him for the first time. I also let Brody swing for the first time in a big boy swing and he loved it. He just giggled and laughed the whole time.
This is a little out of order but we had a pool day yesterday, normally I just take Brody out in our backyard and fill up his little pool and let him splash and play until he gets tired because he hasn't really liked the big pool very much. I decided yesterday I wanted to try it again and see what he thought and he loved it!!!!!!!!! Maybe he is going to be mommy's little pool baby! He just sat in his little float for about 45 minutes, he loved it.Brody's cute little butt and his Grandma Lisa (my mom)

your little man is getting sooo big!
I love the dress!! You look so pretty!
Goodness, he is getting so big! And cuter by the day!
You and Timmy look great on date night :D How fun!
Hey its Tanna! I wondered about you! The reason your blog does not show updates is because I am private. Once someone goes private, it shows their last "public blog" on the update list. Kinda stinks...I wish I was not private, but had to do it. Anyway, glad you wrote. Our babies are growing WAY too fast!!!
Steve & I need a date night. Krew is 8 months old and we still have not had one. ha. You look great and Brody is adorable as always:)
what a cute little water baby!! adorable :)
Looks like y'all had a fun weekend! He is getting so big!
To answer your question, it really depends on what brand you buy. I have bought several different ones & most of them run pretty true to size. The only one that I found runs small is Sir John by Rosalina. Riley wore their 12M clothes when he was about 9-10 months. Mom & Me runs a little big. We have a couple 12M shortalls that are still too big from them. Be Mine & Amanda Remembered seems to run pretty true. So does Feltman Bros. I'm not sure about House of Hatten. I only have 1 bubble of theirs & it's a 24M so we haven't tried it on yet.
Riley is 12 months & wearing mainly 12M clothes. If Brody is already wearing some 12M, you may want to get some 12M for fall. I would get that size 1st & see how long he can wear them, then maybe get one or two 18M outfits for winter or maybe even early spring. I noticed that Riley's growing kinda slowed down around 10 months or so. So he may be able to wear 12M all winter.
I hope that helps! :0)
The big boy bath and the pool pics are my favorite, What a cutie! He looks so cute just sitting up in that water so content and happy. ADORABLE!
How fun that you and Timmy got a date night. I hope you enjoyed.
Ahhhh I'm CRAVING date night and my boy is only one month old! In fact, I told Randall yesterday that I would like to go on a quick dinner date to Hamburg sometime soon. His reply, "well whadya think we did last Friday night?" (We had the baby with us.) Oh men.
How cute. He looks so big in the bath tub.
you look great! That's wonderful that you guys got to go on a date! Life is different with a baby I am learning, but it's weird because I used to go to movies every weekend and I thought giving that up (for the most part) would be hard, but I just LOVE being a little fam at home! :)
