Apple Orchard, Pumpkins, Yard Decorations!

Fall is here in KY that is for sure!!! Yesterday was a beautiful fall day with the sun shining and a cool breeze. We put on our jackets, boots, and toboggans and had a fun family fall day! Timmy was off of work so we took Brody to the apple orchard, we went out to lunch, and the on a ride on the ranger to get our fall decorations for the yard!! Here are quite a few pictures.. it was so much fun!! I remember last year doing this with my hubby (Brody was big in my belly) and thinking about how I just couldn't wait to have my little sweet baby boy next year to do this stuff with!
It is even cooler out today and we have had a lazy day and stayed in the house all day. I have the heat on and my pumpkin spice candles burning! I love cozy fall days!!!! Sorry for the picture overload but I am a Proud Momma!!!

Brody pulled up by himself with the help of out ottoman 3 times yesterday!!!!! He is growing up and I have a feeling he will be walking right before my eyes. He is about to turn 9 months old and I am so sad... I want to grow and be healthy and all but it is happening way to fast!! He is such a happy, sweet, little guy and I just love him more than I could have ever imagined I truly am blessed and I thank God each and every day.

Visitors!

Over the weekend Timmy's cousin Roger and wife Mandy and there little boy came to visit! They came up on Saturday and we went to game night at our church and they stayed all night and Sunday we went to Church and then out to eat. It is always nice when we get visitors and we were excited to have them! They have just found out they are expecting another little addition to there family and we are so happy for them! Brody loves being around other children and he just watches every little thing they do, it is so cute! Kobe also loves cars and he brought a whole bag full and had them all over the living room and Brody loved playing with them!

Playing in my Momma's Nail Polish!

It has been so cold and rainy here today and normally I hate that but today me and Brody have just been taking it easy and getting some things done around the house and resting!!

I was in our guest bedroom going through some things and Brody found my box of nail polish, he loved it. I let him sit and play with it and it kept him entertained for a good 40 minutes and I finished what I was needing to organize. He loved all of the bottles and kept picking them each up and putting them down for another.

I love Ebay. Love love love ebay. I'm a big fan of ebay. I love looking for Brody little outfits and things for good deals and I find a lot. I recently found him this Bailey Boys jacket and it is just soo cute. I was trying to get a good picture of him it when I tried it on him but he just wouldn't stay still! BY the way.. Bailey boys has one out just like this in different colors for about 55.00 and I got it for 10.00 :)

7 thing's about my that you may not know... and you may know because I don't hide much!

1. I have 4 siblings. 3 older sisters and one younger brother. Our ages range drastically from my oldest sister being 34 and my youngest (brother) bring 12. Yes, we have the same parents they started out young (21) and ended in the older years (42).

2. I am OCD about my house. I have to keep it spotless at most times. I cannot leave to go somewhere unless I know it is clean or at least tidy. I also have to make my bed as soon as I wake up in the morning.

3. I was double promoted from 2nd to 4th grade.

4. My hubs and I were engaged after being together for only 6 months but we were together almost 3 years when we got married.

5. We had only been married 3 months when we found out we were having a baby!!

I hate antibiotics!!

So last Friday when I took Brody to the Dr they put him on an antibiotic well yesterday I noticed he was getting thrush again in his mouth, a rash all over his body, and a bad rash down below. I knew it wasn't normal so I called the Dr. Office and they told me to quit giving him the antibiotic and made me an appt to bring him in this morning at 9:30 to take a look.

Sure enough... He has thrush again and also a yeast infection in the diaper area. H.e has been nursing good and drinking his juice good but not eating much baby food because his mouth is so sore and plus he is cutting 3 top teeth. I hate that the antibiotic has caused him more problems and another Dr's visit. They gave me some nyostatin oral for his thrush and then 2 different creams to alternate 3 times a day for his yeast infection. If it's not one thing it's another, my sweet little baby boy. I hope that he gets all cleared up soon and back to normal.

So I had been needing a new phone for awhile and finally my phone bit the dust. I couldn't decide what kind of phone I wanted.. did I want to get another blackberry, try the iPhone, or just something plain and simple? Well my dad took me to att yesterday to get a new phone for an early birthday present from him and my mom ( THANK YOU) and basically my dad pressured me into getting this.. okay so it didn't take a whole lot of pressure or persuading.. Happy early birthday to me! I love it!

FALL is here...

Today is officially the first day of fall and right now here in KY the sun is shining and it is about 72 degrees. I am ready for some fall weather and to get my boots, uggs, jackets, and jeans out!

Big Boy Outfit

If you know me or read my blog much you would know I don't like dressing Brody in "Big Boy Clothes." You have also probably never seen a picture of him in too many. He is growing up too fast as it is, he can wear shorts, and button ups, jeans, and sweater vests when he gets older, okay? For now I love one piece outfits, rompers, longalls, shortalls, bubbles. Well Timmy's dad had gotten Brody this outfit a little while ago and I just remembered about it and thought he needed to wear it before he grew out of it so he wore his "Big Boy Outfit" to church yesterday and he did look pretty darn cute in it.

Oh.. Brody is feeling much better and no temperature as of yesterday morning but he is cutting more top teeth!! I never knew one could get so many teeth at one time so young!

Brody loves his walker, love love loves it. We have one at my house and we take it back and forth to my parents alot but mom decided to buy one for their house last night and even though I'm not a big fan of pooh bear and character things this walker was pretty cute and Brody absolutely LOVED IT!

Bath time is one of our favorite times together. Brody loves the water and sitting in his bath seat, he would sit in there until he was all wrinkly if I would let him. He loves to splash and play with his toys and of course I just think he is so cute.

Family weekend!

For the past several years we have celebrated my Grandma Hazel's Birthday on the 3rd Saturday in September. All of the family gathers at my Uncle Rons for a weekend of fun!! Last year we celebrated Grandmas 94th Birthday and she lived a good long life but the family decided we wanted to keep on celebrating for all of the many years she lived and to still get together as a family to celebrate her memories and spend time with one another. Family started coming in Thursday night and we started celebrating last night with a cookout and then today had a big cookout and shared memories and such of Grandma Hazel. It was a lot of fun to be with family that we don't get to see as often as we would like. Here are some pictures to show what a fun filled family weekend we had!!

Brody is starting to feel a little bit better ( luckily my Uncle Ron's is a short walking distance from our house so we were able to come home and rest.) He has still been running a temperature off and on but he is still eating good, and I can tell he is a little better as he has been laughing and smiling and playing today but he still wants his mama at all times so I know he isn't feeling totally himself yet. I also think I am coming down with a sinus infection or allergies or something!
